Good morning Kym & Lauren,

 I wanted to formally put it in writing my sincere thanks for all you have done for Matt and I with 88 Estuary Parade.  I never knew it could be so easy to transfer over to a new property manager and Lauren – you and your team worked so hard to make it happen so easily for us. I know if was not a smooth transfer either.  I felt like a huge weight had been lifted coming across to a team that I knew I could trust and that was so professional, efficient and provided outstanding customer service. I only wish I had done it sooner.  Kym – thank you to your and your team for all the advice in preparing and selling our home and for answering my many clueless emails. The whole process, again, seemed quite seamless for us, but I know a lot goes on in the background with both renting and selling houses and I am very grateful for all you have done. I don’t know how to thank you but – thank you. 

Please know that I will not hesitate to use NXTGEN property again and I will recommend you to EVERYONE.
