David and Cristie's experience with NXTGEN Property started with their very first home which they purchased 9 years ago. As their family grew with the birth of their first child, they decided that it was also time to take the next step and upgrade the family home.  

As they didn’t feel it was the right time to sell, they decided to hold onto the property and rent it out. Having tried a few other rental agencies and not quite finding the right fit, on recommendation from a family member, they engaged the services of the NXTGEN property management team. With the recent Townsville Boom, they felt that the time and the market were right to sell the investment property.
