Our newest Nxtgen Property rental team member is Isabella (Bella) after continued growth within the Rental Department which facilitated a requirement to add a further staff member. Bella commenced employment in 2023 straight from completing her Schooling in Townsville. 

Whilst at School Bella gained plenty of early work experience and in delighting customers in roles within the Hospitality Industry. Those experiences gained have carried through into her full time role in Real Estate with her Client focus being exceptional. Bella commenced her Real Estate Certificate course soon after commencing with Nxtgen Property and along with all team members, is now a fully accredited Agent. Bella's roles already include Routine Inspections, Maintenance, Accounts and assisting when required on the front reception. She has fast become another all rounder within the Rental Department.

Outside of work, Bella is a massive fan of the Cowboys and is known to place a small wager or 2 on her Sportsbet app. After the Cowboys and being still very much a younger Staff Member, very likely that Flinders Street will be Bella's next go to. Bella has progressed remarkably in the time that she has been with us and we look forward to seeing Bella grow within the business.
